Thank you for considering Indy Smokehouse BBQ for your event!  All meat is cooked over charcoal between 225-250 degrees for extended periods of time and smoked with a mix of hickory and apple wood for that rich but not overpowering authentic barbecue smoke flavor; just like down south!

Drop-Off Catering

ISHBBQ will prepare the meats and the sides for Drop-Off Delivery only.    The meat(s) will be delivered at a food safe temperature of above 140 degrees Fahrenheit and the cold side item(s) will be prepared and delivered at a food safe temperature of below 41 degrees Fahrenheit.  Pork will be pulled, beef brisket will be sliced, chopped or both, depending on customer request; this will all be done just prior to delivery to ensure maximum freshness of the meat.  Sauce is provided separately so the customer can serve it on the side to the guests.

On-Site Buffet-Style Catering

ISHBBQ will prepare the meats and the sides for Buffet-Style Serving.    The meat(s) will be delivered at a food safe temperature of above 140 degrees Fahrenheit and the cold side item(s) will be prepared and delivered at a food safe temperature of below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Pork will be pulled, beef brisket flat end will be sliced, and brisket point end will be chopped; this will all be done just prior to delivery to ensure maximum freshness of the meat.  Sauce will be provided on the side for all meats.  ISHBBQ will provide a serving canopy if needed, food serving tables, food warmers and coolers for any drinks we provide.  ISHBBQ will serve the meats and distribute the sides for up to 2 hours.  ISHBBQ will also provide trash bags for waste; however, the customer will be responsible for the disposal of the bagged trash.

Catering Menu

You may customize your Serving Plates any way you like.  We will work with you to determine the food quantities you need based on the size of your event and taking into consideration the number children attending.  This cooperation between ISHBBQ and you will help ensure that you get your moneys’ worth, with as little food waste as possible.  All leftovers belong to the customer; however, in many cases it is difficult to dispose of the extras if there is too much.  This means that you will have paid for a fair amount of food that will only be thrown away; we want to help you minimize this outcome.

Pricing:

Event pricing is always rendered to the customer at a “Per Person” price.  A base charge of $2.50 per person is automatically figured in; after that, we consider the cost of meat at current market prices for the number of guests attending your event, the cost of ingredients for side items and desserts and lastly we include a fee for time/labor which includes the time it takes to cook, serve, etc.

Orders must be placed at least seven (7) days in advance so that we have time to select high-quality meat to prepare top-quality, authentic barbecue for your dining pleasure.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders; however, the entire balance can be paid in advance.  Once the deposit is paid, your event date will be reserved on the ISHBBQ calendar.  We will make every effort to reserve your intended date until the deposit is paid.  Any remaining balance is to be paid the day of the event upon ISHBBQ arrival at the event site.
